We are in the process of developing and installing HVAC systems using Ground Source Heat Pumps ( GSHP) in India. We have a marketing and servicing arrangement with Bosch Thermo Technology ( USA) for using their systems in India. Statistically such systems save between 50 to 70% energy than conventional Air to Air air-conditioning systems. In USA installation of such systems for residential purposes get 30% tax credits. For commercial installations there are tax credits in the form of accelerated depreciation. The promoter of Neem Geothermal is a Chartered Accountant of Indian origin living in USA for over 20 years. We started Indian operation and looking for avenues to introduce and popularize this eco-friendly green technology in Indian context to reduce carbon emission for air-conditioning significantly. We identified areas like cold storage, hospitality, poultry industries etc can benefit significantly from this technology.
