Dear Sir, Would you like to recycle the waste wood for power generation efficiently ? Biomass Power Plant Brief introduction: Power generation by using biomass gas from rice husk, wood chips, saw dust and crop stalks can not only save expenditure in electricity tariff in the production cost of rice mills or timber processing mills, but also can bring about benefits by means of selling surplus electric power to the Power Grid As the higher conversion efficiency of the equipment. By taking rice husk for example, every kWh power generation consumes only 1.6~ 1.8kg of rice husk. If using wood dust or crop stalks as fuel, the unit consumption of the fuel will be more lower( about 1.5kg per KWH) . In General, the investment for major equipment can be taken back from power generation benefits within first two years. The equipment is reliable operated with operational technology that' s easy to be mastered by workers, and the maintenance and repair work is similar to ordinary diesel generators. The waste wood chips will be gasified into fuel gas in gasification furnace, and then for power generation through gas engine generator. We are a state-owned enterprise which subject to State Assets Administration Committee of the state council. We specialize in contracting various power generation project. Our vision is for energy conservation. Also we can design and supply gasification furnace with high quality for power generation based on clientâ € ™ s practical condition.
